TO RETRIEVE BALLS: Place opening over the ball and push down until the ball goes past the patented locking trigger

TO DISPENSE BALLS: Place your foot on the trigger under your shoe and pull up on the stick or push the trigger with your hand and the ball will roll out smoothly
