They’re great, will show some over spin on full shots with longer clubs but great for contact. I also have those other practice balls that look like they’re cut from a 1.5” pvc pipe, that help you get ‘Birdies’. These almostGOLF balls go quite a bit farther than those so take your practice space into account. However they are much better for hybrids and woods than the cylinders.

I built a 18 hole wedge golf course. Holes are exactly 4.5 inches wide and 4-5 inches deep. They also have a cover when not in use. All water drains naturally through hole with gravel base.

I have an indoor range in a condo. Noise and safety are an issue with real golf balls. I use these with a GC 4 launch monitor. Tested them on a similar monitor where I use real balls vs Almost Golf balls. Great club face results (launch, spin. Etc). The almost golf balls lose about 10% on distance on the monitor through lower smash factor. But once you know that you can get very realistic play. High quality product! Highly recommended.

The almost perfect ball package is a fantastic deal for quality practice balls. Before making this purchase, my home practice was only done with the softer nerf style balls. There is no real comparison between the almost golf balls and the lower quality nerf balls. The almost golf balls actually give some feedback to the club. Mishits are more definitive with the almost golf balls, and pure shots fly much truer and farther. The extra distance was a surprise compared to the softer balls. I was a little concerned when a well struck sand wedge carried about 75 yards. That's close to my number with game balls and that club. Never could do that with the nerf balls even with longer clubs. I'll have to adjust my practice a little to keep the almost golf balls in the zip code. That's not a con, just a data point.

Our grass is tall fescue and I have yet to hit 2 dozen balls without having 1 to 3 disappear for a few days. Since I switched to these white balls all have been found quickly.
It’s nice that they come in a reusable bag. It would be nicer if they included a second bag or pick-up tube was sold as an add-on.

These are the best practice balls that I have found - a combination of limited distance, safety, but with plenty of feedback on contact as well as accurate ball flight.
